| 1. The cherry trees are in bloom everywhere. |

| 2. A long Saturday bike ride with Nick that finished with a Granville Island Winter Ale and fish and chips across from this sculpture (called A-maze-ing Laughter). It is part of the Vancouver Biennale and is on Denman at Davie. Made me want to go see them all. |

| 3. An espresso macaroon with black currant cream from Terra Breads. Enjoyed on the first patio of the year. |

| 4. Izakaya dinner with Heather on Tuesday with hot sake. Yummy food and great conversation. |

| 5. It's warm enough to have our windows open! |
