| 3. Nick made us a very delicious lunch of salmon and veggies on Saturday. We had a little Salt Spring Island wine to wash it down and ate it on the little porch of the teeny cabin we rented for the weekend. His cooking abilities were really put to the test with only two electric burners to use. |
