small joys.*

{We've booked tickets for a trip to China later this year! I am so excited.}

I secretly kind of love that life seems to kind of slow down in January. It's chilly outside so you almost have to stay inside where it's warm and occupy yourself with books, movies and little projects. It's been that kind of a week for me, anyway. I can't remember the last time that I had a week where I had nowhere to be everyday after work. It was kind of wonderful! Heading into the weekend, our house is clean, our laundry is done and we have very few things lined up. Winter bliss!
